The Dan River Company operates rain or shine.

Should DRC cancel your reservation due to extreme weather conditions or other safety related concerns, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. However, if YOU cancel or decrease the number of participants in your party the following applies:

• Cancellations 30 or more days prior to the activity date will receive full REFUND minus a 5% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations 14-29 days prior to the activity date will receive a full reservation booking credit minus a 5% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations 4-13 days prior to the activity will receive a 50% reservation booking credit.

• Cancellations 0-3 days prior to the activity date are not extended a refund or credit.

*Reservations credit must be used within one year from date of activity or will be void.

DRC's Cancellation Policy is applied to everyone equally. No exceptions are made under any circumstances and no part is negotiable. This firm policy ensures all of our guests are treated equally and fairly.

INSUFFICIENT RESERVATIONS

We reserve the right to cancel any departure if we have insufficient reservations and will do all we can to reschedule or accommodate guests reserved on those cancellations. If we are unable to reschedule a full refund will be issued.
